    NOTE FOR CANFD GM 2021+
    When programming newer CANFD vehicles you will have to follow some simple process. The machine will pull a code from the vehicle you are working on. You will need to take that code and text to our support team number to receive a confirmation code that you will use to finish programming the vehicle. The contact information will be inside the package of your machine. The service is available from 8am to 5pm EST Monday to Friday only. The CANFD service is not available at any other times so plan accordingly

    • In case of tablet/scan tool failure:

      • The customer is required to send the complete case to EAATA. The company will analyze the issue and proceed with the necessary repairs. If the problem can be resolved, the repaired equipment will be returned along with the case. However, if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired, a brand-new complete set will be provided at no additional cost.

    • In case of VCI or programmer failure:

      • The customer is only required to send the VCI or Programmer. EAATA will analyze and repair the device and return it to the customer. The repair time may vary depending on the complexity of the issue. If the VCI or programmer cannot be repaired due to a manufacturing defect, a replacement unit will be provided free of charge.
