The customer is required to send the complete case to EAATA. The company will analyze the issue and proceed with the necessary repairs. If the problem can be resolved, the repaired equipment will be returned along with the case. However, if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired, a brand-new complete set will be provided at no additional cost.
The customer is only required to send the VCI or Programmer. EAATA will analyze and repair the device and return it to the customer. The repair time may vary depending on the complexity of the issue. If the VCI or programmer cannot be repaired due to a manufacturing defect, a replacement unit will be provided free of charge.
